A stay in one of the Pousada Araras Eco-Lodge's 15 guest rooms will undoubtedly please most any South American traveler. With air conditioning standard in each room, along with screened windows, ceiling fans, and private bathroom, you'll be comfortable visiting the Lodge year-round. During the summer months, however, the pristine waters of the Lodge's crystalline outdoor swimming pool will also add to the luxury of your stay. Topped off by its highly ranked restaurant featuring a variety of local cuisine, a concierge kiosk, expansive verandas littered with hammocks and day lounges, and a unique tree-top lookout point, the Pousada Araras is truly one of a kind.

Built in a charmingly rustic style with plenty of regional accents, the Araras Eco-Lodge is most easily accessed by way of the Transpantaneira Park Road venturing from Cuiaba, the capital of the state of Mato Grosso. Drive is approximately 82 miles, or 132 Kilometers, and is drivable year-round.
